Flash Fiction
Flash (or Micro) fiction is a super short story, usually only a few hundred words long at most. While flash fiction is quick to read, it is no less powerful than longer pieces and can still be used to tell emotional, compelling and intimate stories. The Spaceman Was Kind.
On his first visit, The Spaceman was kind. He brought tales of another world - one called Earth. The Martians liked him.
On his second visit, The Spaceman was kind. He brought a box of beautiful sounds and called it music. The Martians liked music.
On his third visit, The Spaceman was kind. He brought friends and called them politicians. They made deals with the Martian kings. The Martians liked friends.
On his final visit, The Spaceman was not kind. He brought violence. The Martians did not like violence. Nothing could be done. They had made deals with the Martian kings.
